Job Summary:

We are a leading business technology and digital transformation company in need of a Copywriting and Digital Content Creator who can connect with our leads, online followers and customer base through multiple channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating various types of marketing materials including blogs, product descriptions, website copy and direct email. We are looking for a candidate who is creative, innovative and able to easily adapt writing styles to different audiences, products and with SEO content optimisation in mind. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with remote teams in a collaborative and independent capacity. We are focused on providing a best-in-class customer experience, and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that goal through your analysis of content and proactive contribution to continuous improvement. Candidates who are able to complement their copywriting with graphic design expertise are preferred. 


  1. Write engaging social media copy that educates, entertains and reflects our brand
  2. Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Customer Experience teams to develop a variety of content marketing materials
  3. Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines
  4. Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
  5. Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
  6. Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders

Software & IT Skills Required:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications
  2. Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence
  3. Experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels
  4. Proficiency with email editors, CRM, graphic design and brochure design tools such as PhotoShop and Indesign is highly desirable
  5. Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis and acronyms
  6. Solid understanding of SEO concepts
